As the principal of Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary School, Dr. Bipul Singh’s mission is to ensure that every student maximizes his or her learning potential and becomes 21st-century-ready. He believes every child deserves equitable learning opportunities, regardless of their personal, social, or financial circumstances.
Dr. Singh is committed to providing a safe learning environment that promotes diversity, fosters equity, and ensures the Social-Emotional well-being (SEL) of ALL students, especially of those from minority and underserved student subgroups.
